LaMarsha is a Dayton, Ohio native, who obtained her cosmetology license from Empire Beauty College of Concord, NC. She is a woman who loves her craft and is very passionate about her clients. As a Master Stylist with over 15 years of experience she is very committed to a culture of growth, creativity, mutual prosperity based on professionalism, inspiring education, quality products & techniques. LaMarsha truly believes “Hands that care, creates healthy hair” She specializes in all textures of hair and has extensive training in natural hair, locs, color, cuts, chemical relaxers and extensions. LaMarsha’s mission is to create a salon experience where inner and outer beauty, wellness, diversity and laughter are celebrated in a positive, relaxing way. *IMPORTANT POLICIES TO REMEMBER * - All appointments must be made online through my booking site https://haironpurposesalon.glossgenius.com/ -If the time and day your looking for isn’t available please choose a different slot, or add your name to the waitlist. -Deposit is required upon booking to reserve your appointment. Your time slot will be put on hold while awaiting payment. If Deposit isn’t made your appointment slot will be cancelled and given to the next client on the waitlist. - If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so on my booking site. - If you have any Questions, or concerns regarding appointments. Please send me a email through my booking site and I will respond within 24hrs. I will no longer respond to after hour work calls or text. I want to enjoy my evenings, off days and holidays as well. - I understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore I requests at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment and a deposit must be paid at time of booking. Appointments canceled within 24 hours, or for which clients are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of 30% of the service amount. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!!! I understand things happen. With that being said, I do offer a 15 Minute Grace Period. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and your card will be charged the cancellation fee. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS INCLUDING FAMILY & FRIENDS!!!! YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT ONCE YOU ARE 15 MINS LATE. -Please communicate with me if you are running behind even by 5 minutes. Please only call/ text me if your running late. Anything else can be emailed through my booking site. -If I arrive late to your appointment I will provide you with a discount, because I know your time is valuable as well. -Please keep in mind I always try my best to get all my clients in and out in a timely manner. However, sometimes you may be in salon a little longer than normal. If you have other appointments or things you need to do by a certain time. Please schedule accordingly and give yourself extra time. Also let me know ahead of time. If I’m able to make adjustments to the rotation that day I will.
